Before digging into the delicious details of our Trippy Dips, which are the stars of the show, we want to take a moment to highlight their co-stars that play huge ‘supporting’ roles – our tortilla chips. All of our dips are served with a pile of crispy tortilla chips, which are made fresh, in house everyday and pack just the right about of crunch. Forget those wimpy chips that crumble when you try to scoop up dip – ours are hearty, tasty and perfect for dipping!
Now onto the the assortment of Trippy Dips to choose from:
They say two’s company and three’s a crowd – but that’s just not true when it comes to the Salsa Sampler. Our Fire Roasted Salsa packs a fresh salsa taste with just the right amount of heat. The Tomatillo Salsa has a hint of tartness. And our Mango Habanero Salsa is truly a labor of love. We fire roast a medley of red and yellow bell peppers, onions and habaneros, and carrots before blending it with fresh mango and our homemade pico de gallo. The result is a flavorful combination where the sweetness of the mango cuts through the heat of the habanero.
Triple Crown Sampler
This trio is a triple threat. Containing three of the OG’s of the dip world, in this sampler platter you’ll find Guacamole, Queso and Fire Roasted Salsa. Our Guacamole is a tasty blend of avocado, tomatoes, onion and fresh cilantro. It’s simple, yet delicious. The Fire Roasted Salsa brings some heat to the table while the Queso is warm and cheesy – need we say more? Have some fun with the group and take a guess on which dip will be finished first. Our chips are on the Queso!
Guacamole is one of the classic dips you just can’t get enough of. It’s a simple recipe – fresh avocado that’s blended with juicy tomatoes, onion and fresh cilantro – and you can taste the freshness in every bite. You won’t be surprised at how fast you’ll see the bottom of the dip bowl!
Our Queso dip is melted Mexican cheese mixed with garlic and crushed green chiles. The queso by itself is warm, melty and delicious – but don’t limit yourself to just a bowl of cheese for an appetizer. You can get a little creative when it comes to the topping on your bowl of queso. Want to make your queso a bit heartier? Add homemade chili or taco beef on top. For the vegetarians in the group, feel free to add spinach to your queso. No matter how you choose order it, our queso dip will have you saying “More cheese, please!”.
Black Bean & Fire Roasted Corn Pico
This hip dip is a colorful combination of black beans, fire roasted corn, fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro and lime juice.
